Cecilia Heller studied history and art history as an undergraduate at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. She worked for the auction house “Ketterer Kunst” in Munich and worked in the Bavarian Main State Archive and War Archive. Within the history of architecture, she is currently examining in particular the contextualization of urban planning measures and their socio-political and cultural reception in society. She also deals with church architecture and the history of its development from the Middle Ages to the present day. Now Cecilia Heller is working on her Master’s in art history at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. Since October 2022, she has been supporting the LOEWE research cluster “Architectures of Order” as a student assistant.
